The all-rounder represented Karnataka in domestic cricket.
Gautham has taken over 320 wickets in 59 First-Class and 68 List A matches. He also scored crucial runs at times. He remained a regular in Karnataka cricket until 2023. Although he was later dropped from the state team, his overall impact on the domestic circuit has been significant.
