He has stated in his petition that his photos and name are being used without his permission. The High Court, which investigated his petition, has issued orders to social media and e-commerce platforms to take appropriate action based on his complaint.

Popular Telugu film actor Junior NTR has approached the Delhi High Court for the protection of his personality rights. He has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking an order not to use his photo and name without his permission. He has stated in the petition that some social media platforms and e-commerce companies are using his photos without his permission, thereby violating his personal rights. The Delhi High Court, which heard NTR’s petition, said that NTR’s personality rights should be protected.

The Delhi High Court has ordered social media and e-commerce platforms to take appropriate action on the complaints of Junior NTR. The petition has been asked to take appropriate action within three days under the IT Rules 2021. Postponing the next hearing to December 22, High Court Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said that detailed orders will be issued on that day.
